TOUR CONDITION

(a) Booking : All services should be booked through Myanmar Travels & Tours.

(b) Payment Procedure : Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the arrival of the clients.
Payment can be sent by swift code MFTBMMMY to Myanmar Foreign Trade Bank stating beneficiary as: Myanmar Travels & Tours A/C 96530. Cash on arrival can be also acceptable for those clients who do not have enough time to transfer the payment.

(c) Cancellations : Cancellation takes effect the day on which the written notice is received. Cancellation fees are as follows:
45 days prior to arrival Nil
44 to 21 days prior to arrival US$ 25.00 per person
20 to 7 days prior to arrival US$ 50.00 per person
Less than 7 days prior to arrival 25% of the tour cost.

(d) Group Discount : Tour Leader of a group 15 members will be given a 50 percent discount on rooms, transfers and tours. Every 16th member of a group will be given complimentary, subject to maximum limit of four members.

(e) Guide service : All transfers and sightseeing tours are escorted by local station guide. Cost of services of language guides accompanying throughout will be additional. If the private Travel agents need MTT guide, we hire with respective guide fees.

(f) Responsibility : Myanmar Travels & Tours is the agent for the passenger in regard to travel whether by railroad, motorcar, motor-coach, boat, airplane or any other means of transport and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity. There is no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay or changes and other unexpected causes such as sickness, weather, strike etc. Myanmar Travels & Tours also reserves the right to modify or reverse the original programmes in the interest of the clients. Myanmar Travels & Tours may substitute flights with train/coach services when deemed necessary due to circumstances unforeseen or beyond its control. However, Myanmar Travels & Tours will always make full endeavors to keep up the original tour programmes and arrangements.

(g) Refund : After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the programme and not utilized by the clients.
